Sign in with the same email you used before — your collection and progress are saved to the cloud and will sync back automatically.
How do gems work?
Gems are an optional currency. Everything in the game is earnable by focusing; gems just speed up hatching and shop refreshes. Egg hatches are random, and the odds are shown on each egg before you hatch.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, email, and all saved game data. You can also email us to request deletion.
A purchase didn't go through.
Purchases are handled by Apple. If gems didn't arrive, try reopening the app (they'll reconcile), or email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.
